Ground Beef and Brown Rice Bowl

Tasting Notes
We used a rice from Koda Farms on this bowl. They have some of the most flavorful brown rice we have tried. We cooked the rice then, then sautéed the beef in butter and added to the rice to the mixture. Since the dish is so umami we brightened it up with some carrots and green onions tossed in some lime juice.
