Greek Yogurt Breakfast Bowl

This is a delicious and simple way to start your day. The yogurt provides some protein and beneficial bacteria and the berries a nice acidity and sweetness while keeping the sugars low.

- 1 sprig Mint

- 2 large Strawberry

- 5 small Blueberries

- Whole Milk Greek Yogurt

Wash the Berries in a Colander 3 Minutes
Place the berries gently in a colander to prevent from bruising. Rinse thoroughly with running water and dry on a towel.

Slice the Strawberries 3 Minutes
Cut off the head of the strawberry. You can either core it out or just slice it off from the rest of the strawberry. Lay the strawberry on the cutting board and cut your slices to the desired width.

Make the Yogurt Bowl 3 Minutes
Spoon a few scoops of yogurt into the bowl. Place the berries around the yogurt. Drizzle with a little cinnamon, honey and salt and enjoy a simple, flavorful and power packed breakfast.
