Banana Papaya Smoothie Bowl

This is a perfect Hawaii bowl since bananas and papayas grow everywhere in the islands.

- 1/2 pod Raw Cacao

- 1/2 cup Greek Yogurt

- 1 medium Papaya

- 1 small Star Fruit

- 1 tbsp Honey Cacao Macadamia Nut Butter

Puree the Smoothie Ingredients 3 Minutes
Place the Frozen Bananas and other ingredients in the blender, preferably a Vitamix blender. Turn on the blender to low and gradually increase to high to puree the ingredients.

Scoop out the Papaya 3 Minutes
Cut the papaya in half from tip to base. With a spoon gentle scoop out the papaya seeds and discard. Using the same spoon scoop out the papaya flesh.

Scoop out the Cacao Nibs 2 Minutes
Lay a cacao pod on your cutting board. Using a heavy duty knife, pierce the side of the cacao pod to create a slit for your knife. Place your knife blade in the slit and slowly cut the cacao pod in half. With a spoon or your fingers scoop out the cacao nibs on the interior.
