Apricot, Ginger & Lemon Tea

Apricot, Ginger & Lemon Tea

Tasting Notes Tasting Notes

This is a great morning tea that is calming and flavorful. The acidity of the apricot pairs well with the lemon and cuts the bitterness of the ginger. Allow the tea to cool a little and give a little to your toddler. If he or she enjoys it, it is a great way to give your little one some health nutrients.

  • Wash the Produce 3 Minutes

Place the produce together in a colander and wash with cold water. Let the water drain and dry the produce with a paper towel.

  • Slice the Apricot 1 Minutes

Stand the apricot upright on a cutting board with the stem facing upwards. Cut the apricot in half by slicing into the top of the apricot and working around the entire apricot until it is sliced in half. Hold both sides of the cut apricot and gently pull apart. If the apricot is not soft and ripe it will not easily come apart. Lay each half on the cutting board and slice each half into slices.

  • Slice the Ginger 1 Minutes

Lay the ginger on the cutting board and slice to the desired width.
