This bread is one of the most nutritious, low calorie and satiating bread I have every tasted. The baker separates the wheat germ from the flour and then finely refines the flour which is made of 15% Gluten(Protein) and 85% (flour=Sugar) and lets it ferment with bacteria which eats the sugar and protein. He then makes the dough and bakes the bread. This bread will not cause inflammation, bloating or weight gain. It is simply delicious and highly addictive.
