Tasting Notes
These delicious and starchy noodles pair well with umami and rich flavor of the korabuta pork and the lightness of the julienne cucmbers. Add some of their vinegar for acidity and their chinese oil pepper to really up the flavor profile. Also, through in some local veggies from their farm.
