Tasting Notes

This is wonderful bowl of pasta with handmade pappardelle. The sweetness and umaminess of the ricotta pairs well with the meatiness and sweetness of the ragu. The small chunks of brocolli add a nice touch of bitterness to the dish. This dish would pair well with one of their meats.
