This chicken is one of the best roasted chickens we have had in LA. It is extremely tender and juicy. Once you start eating it you will not be able to stop. The side sauces of harissa, chimichurri and tatziki add an amazing touch to the dish. Gujsta is known for their sauces. Each sauce they make is delicious and you can taste that the recipe is well designed. The herb rub, pictured here, adds a nice complexity to the chicken. You can also order the chili rubbed version, all are delicious. if you are looking for something healthy, packed full of protein and flavor then this is your go to meal in Venice.
